All Assisted Living residents at Fair Haven benefit from the Household Model. Rather than a traditional institutional layout, residents live within their own private apartment and share additional home spaces with a small group of neighbors and dedicated caregivers.
Residents enjoy a private apartment with a kitchenette, along with the freedom to determine when they rise, dine and participate in activities. Individuals have input on snacks, meal selections and household activities, because choice and preferences matter at Fair Haven.
The Household Model lifestyle blends the comfort and familiarity of home with the confidence of caregiving. Shared household spaces include:

Assisted Living is part of Fair Haven’s Life Plan Community model. Memory Care is available for residents with mild to moderate memory loss, and additional Health Services, including Long Term Care and Rehabilitation, are available all within the same campus if needed.
