Gifts to Fair Haven reflect a shared commitment to stewardship, compassion and responsible care — ensuring that support remains steady for every resident we serve.
Fountain of Love Fund
The Fountain of Love Fund was created to ensure that residents are never left without care when personal resources are exhausted. Because of this commitment, no resident has ever been asked to leave a Methodist Home due to an inability to pay. This is stewardship in action, preserving dignity, stability and security for those who call Fair Haven home.
Designated Funds and Annual Campaigns
Throughout the year, Fair Haven offers designated giving opportunities that support specific needs within the community and across Alabama. These funds allow donors to direct their generosity toward areas that align with their interests and values.
Good Shepherd Chapel Fund
The Chapel remains central to spiritual life at Fair Haven. Renovations and enhancements have been made possible through private support, preserving a place of worship, reflection and gathering for residents and families.
Where Most Needed
Gifts directed to “Where Most Needed” allow Fair Haven to apply support where it will have the greatest impact. These contributions help address emerging needs and strengthen programs that support residents, associates and the mission of the community.
Giving Tuesday
An annual opportunity to participate in a national day of charitable giving in support of Fair Haven’s mission.
Associate Christmas Fund
An opportunity to recognize the dedication and service of Fair Haven associates through seasonal giving. Contributions provide tangible appreciation to those who serve residents daily.
Worldwide United Appeal Fund
Supports benevolent causes across Alabama, including Fair Haven. Gifts must be mailed to Worldwide United Appeal Fund and may be delivered to Fair Haven.
Planned and Legacy Giving
Planned and legacy gifts allow you to make a lasting commitment to Fair Haven’s mission while thoughtfully managing your financial goals.
These arrangements provide meaningful support for future residents and programs, helping ensure that faith-based care remains steady for generations to come.
